Being selected for the Women’s 2016 Senior Side has capped off a very good season for Christine Keller.  She was a winner of the Hahndorf Bowling Club Ladies Singles and Pairs, Open Triples and Fours, 100 up and the Open Singles.  At Regional level she was runner up in the Ladies Singles to Helen Lindner of Murray Bridge and with Carolyne Edwardes won the Ladies Eastern Region State Pairs.   In the Women’s Country Carnival her Fours team reached the quarterfinals and Christine played in the semifinal in the Singles and also recently reached the quarterfinals in the State Ladies Singles.

After 2 days of trials involving 25 invited players Christine, Helen Lindner (Murray Bridge) and Chris Nicholls (Mt Barker) have been selected for the 2016 Senior Side.  A particularly good outcome for the ladies of the Eastern Region.  We wish them well for the Championships which will be held in Perth during October.
