What a fantastic weekend! All three divisions winning and moving or maintaining their position on the ladder. Divisions one and two moved into the four and play Lobethal at Lobethal next week. Both their teams sit above us but are not unbeatable. Division three play eleventh placed Uraidla #2 at home and can lift further up the ladder with another win.
Allan McMahon’s rink had to win their last end with the scores tied at 53 all and his team got the job done. Well done, it is always difficult to win away especially at Mt Pleasant.
Division one had a comfortable win over Lenswood with Christine and Malcolm Keller’s rinks having wins by over 20 shots. Phil Nagel’s rink overcame a slow start to get within 3 shots at the end.
Division two made short work of Lenswood wining by 59 shots. Bill Robertson tried to make sure of the Rink of the Week wining by 21 shots however was overtaken by Kevin Spalding’s rink who won by 24 shots.
