Club Ladies Champion, Christine Keller, played in the recent SA Ladies Country Carnival Singles and won her way into the semi-finals. 

On Sunday 10th April she played Helen Minhard (Eyre Peninsula) at Payneham Bowling Club and was defeated 25-20 in the semi-final. As a result she finished equal third and Helen went on to win the Championship by defeating Yvonne Kelly (Lower North) 25-19 in the grand-final.
