Our Division 1 team handed Meadows a big loss winning by 56 shots and all rinks up.  Bill Fairley rink matched Christine Keller’s Saturday rink with a massive 27 shot win.  Not far behind was Leon Zander with a 20 shot win. Malcolm Keller completed the match with a 9 shot win.

Our Division 2 team met Uraidla’s No 1 side and were not disgraced going down by 5 shots.  Playing against many top division bowlers, the team finished with Jim Howe’s rink up by 5 shots and Ron Bateman’s up by 4 shots.  Unfortunately Bill Robertson’s rink went down by 14 shots but 12 of those shots were lost on three ends.

Next Wednesday our Division 1 team meets Mt Barker No 1 team at Mt Barker.  Mt Barker currently sits in second position and Hahndorf fifth.  Division 2 meets Woodside at Woodside with Woodside in fourth spot and Hahndorf sixth.  Should make for some good bowling!!
