Great results on the weekend with all teams finishing as winners. Division One and Two had comfortable wins over Gumeracha at home. Bill Fairley leading the way with an 18 shot win, Leon Zander close behind 15 shots up and Phil Nagel completing with a 14 shot win. The win maintains the teams top place one win clear and next week they meet sixth place Lenswood at home.
Division two saw Con Harmer skip for the first time and ensure the team got home with a 28 shot win. Well done to Con, Greg Miller, Di Bateman and Shelly Howe. Scott Brooks rink followed with an 18 shot win whilst Carolyne Edwardes went down by 10 shots. The team maintains third spot on the ladder and meets ninth placed Lenswood at home next week.
Top of the table Division Four had a hard fought win over Meadows. Getting home by 5 shots, Jim Howe’s rink winning by 9 shots whilst Ron Bateman went down by 4 shots.
