Division One maintained its place in the four with a win over a dogged Uraidla. Phil Nagel skippering a new look team had a strong win by 10 shots. Christine Keller won by 8 shots whilst Malcolm Keller went down by the closest of margins of 1 shot. The team holds onto its fourth place by 7 points over Gumeracha.
Division Two also held onto its third place after loosing to Uraidla by 9 shots Scott Brooks returned to skipping and his rink had a 13 shot victory. Ray Rattray had a real struggle and finished with a creditable draw. Bill Robertson fought gamely but was overpowered in the end. Hahndorf sits in third position by one shot over Uraidla and Woodside.
Division Three welcomed new Knight Bowler Saifon Marquis-Hames together with Cai Staunton playing his second pennant. Although beaten on the day, the highlight was skipper Tali Button’s rink, containing Janet & Vic Liebelt plus Pat Wakefield having a win by 5 shots.
## We farewelled Jean Wagnitz playing her last game before moving to Victoria. Jean has been a wonderful servant of the Club and a quality player over many years. We wish her well in the future.
## Barbara Shields has had a health scare and we wish her a speedy recovery.
